Our Heart & Soul

The Meditative Flow of Mandala & Resin

Welcome to our world. We believe that art shouldn't just sit in a museum—it should live in your hands, on your entryway walls, and on your dining tables as a warm reminder of handcrafted stillness and passion.

Art Born from Stillness & Flow

The name **Mandrist** represents a direct synthesis of two creative concepts: **Mandala** (representing sacred geometric symmetry, meticulous stillness, and meditative patience) and **Resinist** (representing fluid colors, natural swirling currents, and high-shine contemporary luxury).

Every single masterpiece that leaves our Rajarhat home studio in West Bengal is carefully built by hand over several days. We cut, sand, and prime premium hardwood boards, pour multiple layers of translucent epoxy resin mixed with mica pigments, draw geometric guidelines, hand-paint metallic gold details dot-by-dot, and flood the entire piece under a crystal-clear high-gloss coat.

This time-consuming method ensures that every tray, name plate, coaster, clock, and frame has its own distinct soul. No two resin pours will ever form identical lines, granting you an organic, original piece of functional luxury art.

A Note from Rashmi

"My creative journey with mandalas began as a quiet form of morning meditation. There is a deep, sacred stillness in drawing guidelines, breathing, and placing individual dots one-by-one. Each mandala represents hours of slow, rhythmic devotion.

But when I poured liquid resin over wood for the first time, I fell in love with a beautiful contrast. Resin is fluid, wild, and unpredictable—it shifts like ocean currents or high-altitude clouds. Layering the rigorous stillness of a gold geometric mandala over the wild, glossy flows of resin felt like a perfect capture of life itself.

Every name plate, tray, clock, and frame from Mandrist is constructed in our home workshop in Rajarhat, West Bengal. When you hold these pieces, I hope you feel the calm silence, the active wood dust, the warm tea, and the hours of quiet sincere dedication poured directly into their layers."

Our Studio Values

🌿

Authentic Materials

We combine reclaimed teakwood, mango wood, organic clay plates, and real pressed botanical flora with ultra-premium scratch-resistant epoxy resin.

🎨

Meticulous Craft

We never use shortcuts. Painting a single gold mandala requires several hours of extreme hand-drawn focus to ensure elegant symmetrical balance.

Premium Curing

Every piece undergoes a multi-layer curing process in a dust-free chamber, giving a perfect, bubble-free, high-gloss liquid metal shine.

🏡

Emotional Homes

We structure our designs to carry warm emotions—welcoming guests at your doorway with customized name plates, or elevating morning coffee times.
