You can purchase directly from our Shop page by selecting The Shanti Name Plate or Gruha Pravesh Name Plate and filling your family names and house numbers in the Personalization box. For highly custom shapes or dimensions, submit a custom inquiry on our Custom Orders page.
Yes! Every piece of wall art (such as our Sahasrara Cosmic Mandala Art) has a color personalization text box. You can enter emerald greens, burgundy reds, or deep charcoals, and our artist will formulate custom resin batches matching your vision.
Materials & Art Care
Simply wipe the surface with a soft damp micro-fiber cloth. If sticky, wash gently under cool running water using mild soap, and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Never use steel scrubbers, harsh chemical cleaners, or place items in a microwave or dishwasher.
Yes! Our resin formulas are heat stable up to 80°C (176°F). This is perfect for hot tea cups, coffee mugs, and soup bowls. However, we advise against placing extremely hot cookware directly from the gas stove onto the resin surface.
We use premium jewelry-grade epoxy resin equipped with advanced HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) and UV-blockers to resist yellowing from sunlight. To maximize longevity, we recommend avoiding hanging the wall art in areas receiving direct, harsh afternoon sunlight for prolonged hours.
Payments & Delivery
Currently, we operate exclusively on a **Cash on Delivery (COD)** model to build maximum trust and simplicity for our Indian customers. You pay only when the courier hands the package directly to you. There are no additional COD charges. Online payment gateways will be integrated soon.
We offer **FREE shipping** across India on all orders exceeding ₹250. For smaller orders below ₹250, a standard shipping fee of ₹40 is added to the cart grand total.
Because personalized gifts, name plates, and custom-inscribed items are completely hand-drawn to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these pieces unless they arrive damaged during transit. In case of transit damage, please report within 24 hours of delivery at rashmirani174@gmail.com with photo proof, and we will replace it free of cost immediately.
