Returns & Refund Policy

At **Mandrist**, we strive to create artwork that brings spiritual geometry and organic beauty into your life. Since our products are handcrafted art, please read our return and refund conditions carefully.

1. Returns & Replacements on Standard Art

For standard catalog items (un-customized coasters, clocks, and wall art), if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or replacement within **3 days** of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original premium packaging, completely unused, and in the exact perfect condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Custom & Inscribed Orders

Any customized item—including **custom name plates**, **monogram engraved boxes**, **botanical memory frames**, and pieces poured with your custom color coordinates—is **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**. Because these delicate pieces are specifically hand-painted and inscribed to your unique specifications, they cannot be resold to others. We ask for your careful understanding on this creative studio policy.

3. Transit Damage Guarantee (100% Free Replacements)

Resin and wood plaques are highly durable, but rough courier handling can occasionally cause chips or damage. If your artwork arrives damaged:
• Take clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping label on the outer box immediately.
• Email these photos to **rashmirani174@gmail.com** or WhatsApp them to **+918101494064** within **24 hours** of delivery.
• Once validated, our artist will construct a brand-new replacement piece and ship it to you **free of cost**.

4. Order Cancellations

• **Standard orders:** Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us via phone or email.
• **Custom orders:** Cannot be cancelled once production has started in our studio (typically 24 hours after verification call), as raw materials are already cured.

5. Refund Processing

Since we collect payments strictly through **Cash on Delivery**, in the event of an approved catalog return, we will request your Bank Account or UPI credentials to credit the refund amount directly. Refund processing takes 3-5 business days after our studio receives and validates the returned package.
