1. Shipping Cost & Free Delivery Threshold

• **Orders above ₹250:** Completely **FREE Shipping** all over India.
• **Orders below ₹250:** A standard flat shipping fee of **₹40** is added at checkout.

2. Studio Production Timelines

Each artwork is custom created in our West Bengal workshop. Because epoxy resin requires absolute curing intervals of 24-48 hours to dry bubble-free, production timelines vary:
• **Standard Catalog Art pieces:** Dispatched within 2 business days.
• **Custom Name Plates & Inscribed Gifts:** Dispatched within 4 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Transit Timelines

Once dispatched, packages are handed to premium Indian courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC). Estimated transit durations:
• **Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata):** 2 to 4 business days.
• **Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns:** 3 to 5 business days.
• **North-East & Remote Regions:** 5 to 7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure high deliverability and avoid order duplication, once you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, our studio officer will initiate a brief phone verification call to verify your address coordinates. Orders are dispatched immediately after verification.

5. Tracking & Transit Damage Protection

Upon dispatch, tracking URLs are emailed to you. In the extremely rare event that your delicate artwork arrives broken or damaged due to rough transit, do not worry. Simply email photos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery to **rashmirani174@gmail.com**, and we will ship a brand-new replacement piece completely free of charge.
