1. Intellectual Property & Copyrights
Unless otherwise stated, Mandrist and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mandrist. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute our hand-painted dot mandala patterns, resin color formulas, name plate templates, or product images without explicit written consent from the brand owner, Rashmi Rani.
2. User Conduct & Accuracy of Custom Details
When requesting personalized name plates or custom gifts, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all spelling, initials, family names, and house numbers submitted in the personalization fields are accurate. Our studio will construct your pieces exactly as written, and we are not liable for any grammatical or typographical spelling errors submitted by the customer.
3. Indian Pricing & Shipping Specifications
All catalog prices are in **Indian Rupees (₹ INR)**. Prices are inclusive of tax. Standard shipping is completely **FREE** across India for orders above ₹250. Orders below ₹250 are charged ₹40 standard delivery cost. We reserve the right to alter catalog prices or discontinue variations without prior notice.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitments
By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to make full cash payment to the courier partner upon parcel delivery. Refusing delivery or failing to pay coordinates without valid cause results in permanent cancellation of your user account from our store and catalog circle.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
